5/3/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved 1.Behavior: Anthony greeted QMHP-C upon arrival to the home setting. Upon arrival to the home setting, Anthony appeared to be in a positive mood due him engaging in general conversation with QMHP-C. 2. Behavior: Anthony presented cooperative and normal behaviors as he did not need any redirection from QMHP-C as well as him answering open -ended questions and being praised by QMHP-C. At times within the session, be became defensive with his mother as well as grandmother as they were addressing his behaviors. 1.InterventionQMHP-C modeled appropriate ways to employ conflict resolution techniques during several situations. QMHP-C assisted Anthony with maintaining the use of calming and coping strategies during challenging situations. QMHP-C revisited several past situations in which conflict resolution techniques were not utilized. QMHP-C instructed Anthony to talk about how he would respond to such situations at the present moment. 2. Intervention: QMHP-C assisted Anthony via play with constructing a client-tailored strategy for managing his anger. QMHP-C also processed with Anthony on what causes hostile anger in him. During this time QMHP-C discussed with Anthony the ABC Model as a treatment plan to introduce to him new ways of viewing anger. QMHP-C engaged Anthony in a discussion encouraging him to start discussing with the QMHP-C to identify his motivation for change and the asking him to identify her personal anger patterns. 1. Response: Anthony appeared to be receptive to QMHP-Csâ interventions and services that were provided to him during the session. When discussing anger management and conflict resolution, Anthony answered some questions but was hesitant about others. Anthony managed to provide adequate feedback regarding the topic being discussed as it relates to blaming others. 2. Response: He became defensive as he made attempts to explain his reason for blaming others. Anthony fails to recognize his wrong doings in specific situations. During the session, Anthony was receptive to the strategies for managing anger.
